About me!

A little about me! Im Natalie and I started my career in Beauty over 20 years ago, training in Beauty  Therapy and Body Massage. However due to my passion of swimming I took a break from beauty and started a career as a swimming coach and eventually running my own successful swim school which I absolutely love. 

 

However over the recent years my longing to get back into the beauty industry became more apparent especially more so due to covid and this enabled me to further my training in both Beauty and Aesthetics. I loved every minute of training in Aesthetics, Hair Restoration and Advanced Facials.

 

In both careers I love the fact that you are helping people feel better about themselves. In swimming, seeing pupils swimming for City of Leeds when once they were non swimmers, Their smile on their faces speak a thousands words. In the beauty industry making someone's skin look and feel better or having a filler enhacement that enhances their beauty and they feel really good about themselves. That to me is what really matters.

SPF 30

Ideally a sunscreen factor of 30 or  above should be applied to your face daily to help reduce the risk of skin precancers as well as preventing premature skin ageing.

DID YOU KNOW....Moisturizers that contain SPF screen are not sometimes the best. The amount you put on your face will sometimes not be enough coverage and it will be diluted out by the moisturizer.

WATER

Water carries nutrients to all cells in our body and oxygen to our brain. Water allows the body to absorb and assimilate minerals, vitamins, amino acids, glucose and other substances. Water flushes out toxins and waste. Water helps to regulate temperature.

DID YOU KNOW...The human body cannot store water.  Not drinking enough water leads to Dull and Dehydrated skin.

Good Skin care is important as it helps your skin stay in good condition and will help it function at its best. You're shedding skin cells throughout the day. Not removing them can cause issues such as dull skin tone and a shallow complexion to clogged pores and breakouts.
